Let's be clear - this is a relatively heavy, rigid blade suited to certain playing styles, but I think everyone would enjoy having one of these in the arsenal. This hinoki version has such a solid, vibration-free feel that immediately rewards the player as their technique improves. As I got in to forehand practice with this blade (Mech-Tek Predator on both sides) I could immediately feel it whenever I hit the ball with proper stroke - this blade rings out with a loud, satisfying, crunch sound that would make people everywhere in the club stop practice to ask me about it. Vector Hinoki is thick, smooth, and heavy for hard-hitting. If that's your style, there's no way you won't enjoy this.
